Our client is an independent insurance agency in the Fox Valley area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones as well as greet customers and file paperwork.

  • Maintain social media outlets
  • More administrative tasks and once licensed you will take on additional duties that involve licensing

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Front desk, receptionist or administrative support experience
  • Life and health license or willing to obtain down the road
  • Any insurance knowledge a plus
  • Any commissions or numbers experience a plus
  • Tech savvy
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Work well independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate to communicate and assist customers
  • Team player
