Our client is an independent insurance agency in the Fox Valley area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones as well as greet customers and file paperwork.
- Maintain social media outlets
- More administrative tasks and once licensed you will take on additional duties that involve licensing
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Front desk, receptionist or administrative support experience
- Life and health license or willing to obtain down the road
- Any insurance knowledge a plus
- Any commissions or numbers experience a plus
- Tech savvy
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Excellent people skills
- Work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate to communicate and assist customers
- Team player
