Are you a Wisconsin resident who is looking for a remote Customer / Member Service Representative opportunity? Are you a Customer / Member Service Representative with call center experience?

Our client provides knowledge and resources for the tax industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer / Member Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls and assist members with service requests, membership, registrations, orders or referrals to other departments.

  • Process batches of membership, registration and bookstore order transactions
  • Assist team with daily operations and projects

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2+ years of customer service, account management, relationship and / or vendor management experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or Marketing preferred
  • Tech savvy
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Office 365 experience preferred
  • Changing and evolving environment

  • Wisconsin resident
