WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer / Member Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls and assist members with service requests, membership, registrations, orders or referrals to other departments.
- Process batches of membership, registration and bookstore order transactions
- Assist team with daily operations and projects
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of customer service, account management, relationship and / or vendor management experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or Marketing preferred
- Tech savvy
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Office 365 experience preferred

Pay for the Customer / Member Service Representative position: $18.00-$22.00/hr. based on experience
