WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Benefits / Finance Assistant, you will be supporting their Actuaries, gathering missing data from different folders and spreadsheets.
- A lot of folder and documentation organization
- Review documents and tracking
- Data entry
- Some internal communication
- Preparation of PensionPro for census requests
- Review census and questionnaire submissions, preparing census and import into the administration software
- Update and roll over of plans in the administration software and/or folder structure
- Import allocated links.
- Assist Actuarial Analysts with preparation and organization of compliance tasks
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must live in or near Appleton, WI
- Some type of numbers or analyzing numbers background
- A finance background is highly preferred
- Would consider a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, etc.
- Experience in the 401(k) industry or retirement industry is a huge plus
- College degree is preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Must be fast-paced, deadline driven and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt well to procedural and departmental changes

Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Benefits /Finance Assistant position: $15.00 – $17.00 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI – will have the option to work remote, hybrid or onsite permanently after being hired on – Must work in office through training until hired on – must live in or near in Appleton, WI
