As a Marketing Specialist, you will generate support funds through the company’s marketing program.

  • Implement individual marketing projects and campaigns that are consistent to the overall sales and marketing strategy as laid out in the annual sales and marketing plan
  • Develop individual marketing pieces that will enhance the company’s image such as brochures, point of sale, letterhead and business cards
  • Create and update supplier network for both web and print use
  • Audit customer-facing user guides quarterly
  • Plan and manage internal and external communications of the company’s direction, mission, and activities
  • Update and maintain the company’s website – including designing and implementing new features and functionality
  • Produce and edit contents such as social media posts, videos, infographics, presentation decks and webinars
  • Write targeted content for website and newsletters
  • Work with human resources to create career landing page and communicate company culture on social media platforms and job boards
  • Prepare for sales and marketing conferences
  • Assist with arranging samples for shows and follow up on shipment and delivery
  • Provide conference and supplier support
  • Organize promotional material and booth supplies for conferences and shows


  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Would consider someone with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with all social media platforms
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field is preferred
  • Computer/tech savvy and comfortable with new technology and systems
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must have Word Press, prefer Illustrator or InDesign experience
  • Fluent in front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 is preferred
  • Experience working with PHP and JavaScript is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Hours: Full-time hours between 8:00am– 5:00pm
