WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Sales Audit Coordinator / Office Assistant, you will enter invoices as well as enter data into spreadsheets and assist the Accounting department with their variety of duties.

  • Scan and deposit checks
  • Sort mail, scan and file
  • Miscellaneous projects

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Data entry & office experience
  • Scanning and accounts payable experience preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Excel skills
  • ERP systems (Oracle) exposure preferred
  • Easygoing
  • Work well independently or in a group
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and time-management skills
