WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Sales / Customer Service Specialist, you will be working cross functionally between customer care, sales, credit & collections, etc.

  • Act as the first line of contact for customers or Sales Representatives inquiries via phone, fax, internet, and/or mail regarding orders, returns, shipments and education products and services
  • Develop customer, vendor and product knowledge expertise
  • Monitor customer orders, initiate tracers with carriers and authorize returns and/or credits including necessary transportation
  • Respond to customers inquires and follow through to completion accurately and within customer timeframes.
  • Receive and process phone and electronic orders
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations in a professional manner

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Professional customer service or inside sales experience to include data entry and/or keyboarding experience
  • Call center experience is a preferred
  • Computer savvy with the ability to work with dual monitors, enter a lot of information within multiple screens as well as moving through different programs/systems while talking to customers
  • Intermediate skillset in Excel
  • Any experience with Oracle is a huge plus
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to resolve the discrepancies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must live in or near Greenville, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: Training hours will be 8:00am – 4:30pm and then will be scheduled full-time hours between 7:00am – 6:00pm, contact us for additional details
