WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Sales / Office Assistant, you will be answering phones, preparing, following up, and tracking the status of estimates.
- Create work orders
- Light cleaning duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have 1+ years of office assistant, receptionist or support type experience from within an office setting
- Data entry experience is highly preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Must be good at troubleshooting
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Professional, friendly and easygoing
- Must have a smile through the phone
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Part-time or full-time hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm (preferably 30-40 hours per week)
Pay for the Sales / Office Assistant position: $15.00 – $16.00 / hr. – based on experience
