As a Scheduler / Office Assistant, you will be completing the schedule for the caregiving staff and putting employees on the schedule based on their availability and preferences.

  • Reach out to staff to fill shift vacancies if someone calls in
  • Process payroll by reviewing information and approving hours in the payroll software
  • Follow up with staff on payroll questions
  • Assist with any other duties assigned


  • 1 year of scheduling experience from a healthcare facility is highly preferred
  • Payroll experience is a huge plus
  • Would consider 1 year of scheduling experience (outside of healthcare) with 1 year of administrative experience
  • Computer/tech savvy
  • Excel skills
  • Any OnShift experience is a huge plus
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Detailed and accurate
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic
