WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Secretary / Office Assistant, you will be sitting at the front desk, providing a variety of administrative duties
- Answer phones
- Accept and record payments
- Handle mailings
- Use State websites to suspend driver’s licenses
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience
- Customer service skills
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Computer savvy to learn new systems
- Comfortable navigating websites
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working with and helping people
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Strong communications skills
