Our client specializes in healthcare and is a well-known corporation that was established in 1990.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will define talent gaps and propose solutions as well as advise and influence the company’s operations leaders and the HR team.
- Solve critical business problems through relationship building
- Mentor HR business partners and work with them via hands-on coaching
- Lead and execute large-scale change management efforts
- Lead through strategic workforce planning
- Consult on advanced employee relations matters
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3-5 (preferably 5-8) years of human resources business partner experience to include working with all levels of leadership
- Healthcare operations experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver and strategic thinker
