WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for help desk and operations.

  • Provide technical assistance to team members regarding computer hardware, software, network systems, telephone and mobile applications
  • Log all ticket requests and actions into the system
  • Handle all IT work associated with new hires, employees leaving, changing departments, etc.
  • Provide staff training for Microsoft applications such as how to use Microsoft teams, One Note, etc.
  • Handle data management and other projects that arise

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Technical support experience (ideally 2+ years but open to a recent college graduate)
  • Phone support experience a plus
  • Database management a plus
  • Associate degree in IT or related field
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Salesforce, Applied Epic, Quickbase, and Zywave a plus (will train on all)
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to travel to other 5 Wisconsin office locations if needed (most can be done remote)
  • Use of company van available for travel (if use own vehicle, mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Live within driving distance of Menasha, WI

Length: Direct Hire or Temporary-to-Hire

Pay for the Technical Support Specialist position: $23.00-$28.85/hr. based on experience

Location: Menasha, WI. Hybrid option after training. Must live within driving distance of Menasha, WI.
