If you are new to working with a staffing service, you may be unaware of the process. Click to review our helpful infographic. The first step is to send in your resume. Whether you apply for a position online, through our website, or send us your resume directly, we first need to get your resume uploaded into our system. If your experience matches our clients’ requirements, you can expect a call from a friendly Personnel Coordinator. They will conduct a brief 15 minute phone screen to learn more about your background and the types of positions you are interested in. If your goals match the types of positions we staff for, you will be scheduled for a more detailed phone interview.
Our Personnel Interviewers conduct the more detailed phone interviews. We will send you paperwork and Microsoft Office testing to complete prior to your interview. During the 30-45 minute phone interview, we will go more in-depth regarding your experience, your skills and abilities, and what sort of company culture is the best fit for you. We want to get to know you as a whole person so we can present positions that best suit what you are seeking. If we have available positions that match your criteria and our clients’ requirements, you will hear about them!
Once the interview is complete, you will be paired with a dedicated Personnel Manager to assist in your job search. They will reach out as new positions become available, provide additional details about specific jobs, schedule interviews, make job offers and assist you as you transition in your new role.
