Are there fees to using Cadre’s services?
No, there are no fees to utilize Cadre’s services unless you select a candidate and they begin working for you.
What are the advantages of utilizing Cadre to find candidates?
First and foremost, we are a timesaver for you. Because the candidates go through a full interview process with Cadre, all candidates we send to you have the skill set and personality to fit with your company and position.
We also pride ourselves in speaking with each candidate prior to sending their resume in order to make sure they are interested in your position.
Am I able to interview candidates?
Yes. It is your choice whether you prefer to have us assign the best candidate to your position or if you wish to review resumes or interview the candidates. You are the customer, so we leave those decisions up to each client as to what they feel works best for their staffing needs.
What can I expect from Cadre once an employee starts working?
After an employee begins working for you, we will follow up on a regular basis with both you and the employee to make sure everything is going well. We will continue to do this until the position is complete or the employee is rolled onto your payroll.
Does Cadre allow their employees to be hired permanently?
Yes. Once an employee reaches their 480 hour requirement, they are eligible to be hired onto your payroll with no additional fees due. Should you choose to hire a Cadre employee prior to 480 hours, or wish to have a candidate start directly as your employee, Cadre offers buyout and direct hire solutions as well.
