Our History

We began our existence as Premier Staffing when we opened our doors July 1994, in a 3 room office suite in Appleton. We used an old billiards table as our first interview room table, and 3 put-together desks for our workstations.

We soon outgrew our space and leased larger space down the hall. After outgrowing that space, including an additional suite we took across the hall, we realized it was time to build our own building. In 1998, we built next door to our current location.

We outgrew that space in three short years, so in 2001 we designed our current corporate headquarters, located at 5665 W. Grande Market Drive.

We changed our name from Premier Staffing to Cadre during the design phase of our current building. We felt it was time to re-brand ourselves, and chose to time the name change with our move. We named the company Cadre after our internal team because, since the day we opened our doors, our strength has been, and always will be, working together as a team!
