Traditionally around the holidays, Team Cadre sends out a cheery holiday message to its clients and employees.
Just as we personally like to receive holiday wishes and messages from friends and family, it is also fun to share the love from a business perspective.
One of our former external employees responded back to our holiday greeting (which featured Team Cadre photos adorning a wreath). She was one of our first external employees back in the day, and as her career advanced, she is now a hiring manager and a client. She said:
Wow, how it has grown!! I remember when Lisa was at the front desk on Lynndale handing out payroll checks each week. Merry Christmas to you all!
Her comment brought me back 28 years ago, when I did, in fact, hand out paychecks as employees came in!
Down the rabbit hole of “life reminiscing” I went.
In 1994, our team consisted of three people – family members – working in a 475 sq. ft. office space. In a blink of an eye, we are 28 years into this wonderful staffing journey, working side by side an amazing team of 35!
Team Cadre has filled over 40,000 office and professional positions within Wisconsin. When I slow down for a moment and think about how many people I have crossed paths with in 28 years of Cadre’s existence, and then take it step further and think about all of the people I have encountered outside of Cadre in my lifetime, the number is staggering.
In one form or another, we are all interconnected. And since we are all interconnected, let us remind ourselves during this holiday season to be:
- Grateful
- Kind
- Truthful
and to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
